You are entitled to a pneumonia injection:
- if you are in any of the flu ’at risk groups’
if you are over 65 years old or born before 1st April 1945
For more information please collect from reception the flu & pneumonia patient information leaflet.
If you are eligible, please ask the receptionist to book you an appointment.
