**TELEPHONE LINE FAULT 24.06.16 as at 15.00*** The Health Centre, BOA, have been experiencing problems with the telephone system for the last 14 days. We are working with the engineers to resolve this problem as soon as possible.  We are now able to receive incoming calls but we have identified that patients in the telephone queue system waiting for a receptionist will hear a continuous ringing with no indication of what number you are in the queue, but your call will be answered as soon as a receptionist becomes available.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
